I must start by saying this accomodation was incredibly cheap compared to everywhere else, for that reason we didn't expect very much. It isn't luxury but did what we wanted, the room was clean and we had more than enough clean sheets and pillows etc. There was a microwave, kettle, hob, toaster and every utensil you could think of to cook something from the very convenient supermarket downstairs. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would take some earplugs with you as the corridors are quite narrow and the rooms in close proximity to each other, that said there was only occasional bit of noise with people returning from nights out but nothing horrific. Just manage your expectations and you'll be fine 👍

Cheap and adequate

It’s not too much to ask for when paying a large amount of money for what you think is a decent hotel to have them clean the room. To begin with, me and my friends found mold in the corners of the bathroom. The bin in the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Every single thing in the kitchen drawers was dirty and had food stuck/dried to them which we, ourselves had to clean away thoroughly to be able to use. Absolutely disgusting. The sofas, that are meant to be ”beds”, had stains on them. As we were trying to make the best out of the situation, we sweeped the floors (as the vacuum cleaner was broken, in two parts and not in condition to use) and found old pasta bits that had dried up. This showed to us that they had clearly not cleaned the rooms in a quite a while. I would say, by the look of the room (and all our friends’ rooms) that it must have been AT LEAST a month since the last cleaned it…. I would hoghly recommend NOT staying here. Your money can buy more. This is crap.
P.S, the corridors give off a prison/horror movie mental hospital vibe. If you’re into that, i would recommend this highly…

Disgusting experience, worst in my life

Stayed for 4 days over half term, our apartment was clean, warm and adequate. Door to door skiing.
Paid for half board and the food was lovely. The view from the restaurant is just beautiful.
Supermarket in complex makes it super easy. Would definitely recommend.

Temple du Soleil

Title says it all, couldn’t have been worse service. Was a very hostile place to stay, staff were shockingly unhelpful and rude. The security are unpredictable and corrupt. We had 12 guards arrive at our door at 10pm when we had music on before going out, they lined us up against the wall, asked for passports and pulled a gun on us and threatened to use it if we didn’t comply. Doesn’t get much worse. 

We went with Uni so didn’t have a choice of accommodation. If you have an alternative do not stay at this hotel. 

Security pulled a gun on students for noise complaints. Terrible hotel, shocking staff.
