I booked with Vacasa and when I asked for a refund only a few days after the cancellation date due to a personal injury, they offered nothing. >$1K down the drain and the company has three weeks to rebook my dates. Very disappointed. I can't imagine how they'd treat guests if this is their approach to my situation.

DO NOT BOOK. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Arrived at The Lodge and was very disappointed that we had to drag our luggage, ski bag, and ski boots up a hill in the snow and then up to the 3rd floor, no elevator, and no help from the staff.  Then we finally get to the condo and it's very dated and carpet is nasty, old furniture, one sink was in the bedroom, toilet was short, could barely turn around in the toilet tub area. Called housekeeping on the 3rd day to clean and change sheets that didn't happen because the wanted $25 to service the room. Couldn't use the washer and dryer because it was locked up. This was a week stay, one would think that we needed to wash some clothes. Had to call the front desk for towels and was given 2 bathmats inside of towels, didn't relize that until I walked back up the hill and back up to the 3rd floor. The view is pretty, and the bed was comfortable, that is about all I can say that was good about The Lodge. Will not stay there again.
