We stayed at Aja Bergresort Werfenweng for just one night on our way to another destination, but we would have loved to stay longer. The resort is located in a charming little village with beautiful views of the mountains.

The welcome was very friendly, and our room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the surrounding peaks. The weather was great, so we enjoyed a swim. Towels and bathrobes were ready for us, the water was pleasantly warm, and the indoor pool with sauna looked inviting and spotless as well. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

We had half board and were served a 4-course dinner. The food was delicious, though I heard the buffet is usually even better. Since there weren’t many guests, the set menu made sense. The cocktails in the bar were also very good.

The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic – a full buffet with an egg station and everything you could wish for. The staff in the restaurant were super friendly, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. As a nice touch, we even received bottles of water for the road when we checked out.

All in all, this was a wonderful resort experience. Even though it was only a stopover for us, we would definitely return for a longer stay.

From 16th until 19th November 2025 due to revision and maintainance the Spa, Pool and Saunas will be closed. It also won´t be possible to book and have treatments and massages. Thank you for your understanding.
