Zermatt-Täsch

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night as part of our long weekend to ride the Glacier Express. Four of us had single rooms.We stayed here as prices in Zermatt were crazy.This  hotel was good value for money.Spotless rooms,comfortable beds,hot showers and a good breakfast in the morning. 5 mins walk to the station.

Value for money hotel

Nice hotel. Very good as a start point to zermatt anx matterhorn. Very hood location near the train station. Goox breakfast. Staff very kind. Good parking in site

Very comfortable

I initially read the reviews and expected this hotel to be quite poor. However, it turned out better than anticipated. The front desk staff were not particularly warm, but they were not unfriendly either. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was that the top floor could only be accessed via stairs, which made it a bit tiring to carry heavy luggage.

Simple and Clean, but Stair Access Was a Challenge

Lovely quirky hotel in Tasch, a short walk from the train station. Great staff, and breakfast was lovely. It was very good value for an overnight stay  to catch a morning train for our onward journey.  If I was planning a skiing holiday, I'd definitely look at Tasch and hotel Mountime.
