A cosy hotel in a lovely location with such potential to be great. The Italian food is authentic and the restaurant is run very well.

We are big fans of family, run 3 star ski hotels, but won’t stay here again.

There is a grim atmosphere created by the owners who make you feel unwelcome.

We couldn’t figure out if they simply lacked personality or just disliked us.

The term “family run” suggests personal touch, authentic atmosphere and sense of home, which generic chains do not offer.

We are definitely not fans of writing bad reviews but as a couple who value friendliness and being made to feel welcome, we would not recommend it, sadly!

Lovely place with poor hospitality

Spent a week from 21st to 28th Dec, booked through Crystal Ski. Lovely, cosy, traditional hotel in a stunning location. Stayed half board, food was excellent as were the restaurant staff. Very clean hotel, reliable shuttle bus service to the slopes even on Xmas day. Rooms had a safe and were well maintained although shower was quite small. Reasonable prices, bar staff were friendly. Booked all equipment and ski passes online through Crystal. They use Alpineve at the top of the mountain and the staff at the hire shop were amazing. Thank you Miguel and Pedro in particular. Would definitely recommend a trip to Skyway Monte Bianco which is included with your ski passes. Would stay here again and Courmayeur is a special place.. 😀
