A pleasant comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff and good food. The hotel is well located and only a short walk to the pedestrian area Via Roma. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

Thank you for reviewing our wonderful and enchanting villa, dating back to 1902.

We also believe that all reviews can be constructive... but in this review, we find absolutely nothing that could help us improve.

In every hotel, there are many other people besides you, other people who, unlike you, don't come home at 3:00 PM and never leave their rooms again, but go out and experience the hotel, enjoying all its amenities... and it's absolutely not true that we don't light the fireplace... every evening at 6:00 PM, not at 2:00 PM when everyone is skiing!

I could go on for hours and hours, but I don't usually argue or disrespect other people's opinions. However, I am certain of one thing: visiting a million hotels doesn't mean you know how a hotel works, and above all, you don't think you understand the hard work every single employee puts in to make their guests happy.

My staff and I wish you a happy new year filled with peace and understanding.

Beautiful small hotel 5 minutes walk from the main town .  My rooms was gorgeous and had a fabulous view of Monte Blanc .  Spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.  Staff were lovely .  No reflection on the staff however the owners need to k is that they have a beautiful venue ,  however the mood and ambiance is sadly underwhelming.  My stay was peak time over Christmas for 10 nights , Not once was the open fire lit which would have made the lounge area a lot more inviting .  It’s the small things that can make such a difference . The continuous drone of elevator music was just not suited to the venue .  Breakfast was lovely with all you needed.  However, the giant no mobile usage sign on the table was unnecessary.  If you even look sideways at your phone you will be chastised.  If you are going to stay here please bring earplugs as the walls are paper thin and the marble stair well is an echo chamber for all the unsupervised screaming children .  I have never stayed in a hotel where you have to be dead quiet in the dining room but screaming children is ok .  I am a travel consultant and presently travelling for 12 months .  I have stayed in a million hotels over the past 55 years  so I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly.  I just think people need to know .
