Important information:
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that end of stay cleaning is not included in the room rate. Guests are asked to clean the apartment before departure or they can request a cleaning service at a supplement.
Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
