All lift passes must be added to the same booking at the time of confirming the holiday.
The deal cannot be applied to a booking that has already been confirmed and cannot be spread across multiple bookings.

How do I choose a ski resort for the group?
Find out first from your group what is really important to them - dates, skiing abilities, and whether things like apres and spas are important to them. You can use the handy filters on our website to narrow it down to a few choices - orlet us know your preferences and leave the rest to us. Whether you’re looking for a beginner-friendly resort with great apres or a foodies’ paradise, we’ll do the searching for you.
How do I get everyone to agree on a holiday?
It's best to agree a few basics before you even start searching:
Dates/ Availability - is everyone a little flexible or are they set in stone?
Ski ability to ensure there is enough piste for everyone - some resorts cater well for all abilities, but others are better for beginners for examples.
Resort preferences - any favourites for the list or places they want to avoid?
Budget (and does that include lift passes and other extras or just the flights, accommodation and transfers).
Board basis - do the group want to eat out every night for example.

Some of the group are happy to pay more - how do we settle on a budget?
Agreeing on a budget beforehand (and what that must include) reduces the back and forth and the risk of holidays selling out! We offer plenty of budget-friendly options for those trying not to break the bank, including some lesser-known resorts that are fantastic value for money meaning the other members of the group haven't had to compromise on quality. Win, win!
What if some people are unable to commit right now? Can I add them on after?
We can definitely add them to the booking provided there's still availability in the flights and accommodation. The add-on will need to be confirmed (not requested) 7-days pre-departure. Generally, as prices go up the nearer you get to a holiday, and availability goes down, it's best to try and add people as soon as you know.
How many nights should we stay?
With a huge range of flight times available, you can depart on any date and stay any length of time you’d like. It also gives you the flexibility to depart early in the morning and come back late at night to optimise your time on the slopes for a shorter night stay or select the most sociable flight times to ensure a leisurely travel day experience.
Most people book 7 nights, but we also see a huge number booking for slightly less when they are pushed for budget or time.
Is it cheaper to book as a group?
Things like the transfer and accommodation will be split between more people which will give you better value for money! Often a private transfer works out best value with a group booking meaning you get door-to-door service with just your group in the vehicle, no hanging around for anyone else.
How do I ensure I don’t have to share a bed with anyone?
Filling a self-catering apartment to max capacity will likely mean people sharing beds so we would recommend spreading the group across a larger apartment or several apartments.Austria also has very limited twin beds and they often call their twin bed options 'Austrian twins', these would be 2 x mattresses and duvets in one-bed frame (a little cosier than a separate bed but not as cosy as a double) so if this is a little too cosy for the group we would recommend avoiding Austria.
We have group members living all over the UK, can we depart from different airports?
That’s not a problem, we are able to split the booking across multiple bookings depending on the departure airports. It's best to get in touch with us directly if this is the case, and we can do the splitting and availability checking for you.
The group are unsure what extras they'd like, can we add them later (and can people add them themselves)?
Extras such as ski passes and hire can all be added on by any individual in the group, which means the lead passenger doesn't have the stress of adding everything at the point of booking. Simply pass on the booking reference and email address that made the booking to the group so that anyone can log into “Manage My Booking” and add and pay for the extras they need.
