Where's the best snow right now?
As we close in on the end of the ski season, the good news is that there’s still more snow to come for some final spring skiing.
As is normally the case at this time of the year, high altitude resorts are the safest bet. Tignes, Val d’Isere, Alpe d’Huez, Saas-Fee and Cervinia all promise plenty of snow interspersed with sunshine.
Ski resorts with glaciers are also a great option for good snow at this point in the season. Les Deux Alpes, Zermatt, Pitztal and Val Thorens all offer assured skiing.
Some other resorts to consider for a last-minute bout of spring skiing include Andermatt, Argentiere, Engelberg and Stubai.

How long before my ski holiday can I book ski hire through Heidi?
You can book ski hire at the same time you book your last minute holiday, up to two days before departure.
How long before my ski holiday can I book a lift pass through Heidi?
You can book lift passes through Heidi up to 7 days before departure. However, if you book within this period there’s no need to worry. You’ll still be able to pick up a lift pass in resort and they definitely won’t ‘run out’
How long before my ski holiday can I book ski lessons through Heidi?
Ski lessons are subject to availability, so if you are booking a last minute ski holiday for a busy period such as half term, ski schools might already be at max capacity. It's worth checking in advance if this is important to you.
Any tips for booking a last minute group ski holiday?
Booking as a group? Let the lead booker make a decision quickly. Trust them to snap up a ski holiday without too much back and forth as you could miss out on accommodation that can fit everyone in.
Is there anything else I should know about last minute ski holidays?
