Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion runs from 14:00 on 13 November 2025 until 23:59 on 2 December 2025.

2. The offer applies only to bookings made during the promotional period.

3. The discount is based on the per-person holiday price at the time the booking is confirmed, including any optional extras (e.g., lift passes, equipment hire, transfer upgrades) added during checkout.

4. Extras added after the booking is confirmed will not increase or re-calculate the discount.

5. Tiered discounts are available as follows:

   • Holidays priced between £0 - £999 per person: £25 discount per person

   • Holidays priced between £1,000 - £1,499 per person: £50 discount per person

   • Holidays priced at £1,500 or more per person: £100 discount per person

6. Sale prices are displayed on the website at the time of booking and the discount is applied automatically with no code required.

7. If the per-person holiday price reduces after booking (e.g., removal of extras, change of transfer type, reduction in group size), the discount may be reduced accordingly.

8. The Black Friday Sale cannot be combined with any other offer.

9. The Black Friday Sale is subject to availability. Heidi reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
