Sadly a lovely stay was ruined by an unexpected cleaning charge equalling a full nights room fee because the room ‘could not be sold that night’. Unfortunately my partner got food poisoning towards the end of our stay and was very unwell, vomiting in the toilet and sink. I requested cleaning products and we cleaned the bathroom to ensure there was no trace of this left for the cleaners, despite hotel staff offering to clean this for us, we didn’t feel this was fair. On departure we opened the external doors to air out the room, removed all the bedding ready for washing and folded, put the towels in a pile in the bathroom and collected all rubbish neatly, as well as wiping down the breakfast table. However less than 2 hours later I received a very large unauthorised charge to my bank card, without any explanation. Later I received an email stating we had urinated on the carpet which smelt and was stained - a complete lie, this did not happen. Upon returning to the hotel to challenge this, there were inconsistencies in their story. We asked to view the room, but were not allowed, however upon this request they did then refunded us. Very suspicious behaviour. Will never stay at this hotel again.

AVOID - false claims and unauthorised bank charges

We have just returned from our first family ski trip and this hotel was the perfect base.. super friendly staff who went over and above to help with any questions and queries, facilities were great for kids, with the pool and play room being the perfect space for down time after the slopes. Great proximity to the gondola and also a short taxi away to spend time in Chamonix and Megeve. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great and we look forward to returning

Great base for a family ski trip

We enjoy the Christmas time here 6 night  was the best choice for as for are  family  close to everything in the quiet plase all the personal and staf was kind and nice ,cleaning was good and every morning we enjoy the fresh best breakfast ...well done for everyone and see you next year  .family Ficau

The best choice was this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was perfect. The location is great, the hotel is very clean, and the swimming pool and sauna were real plus points for us. One of the highlights was the games room — having a pool table and other games made our stay even more enjoyable, we absolutely loved it.

Breakfast was lovely, and the lady who served us was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. She even baked fresh cakes, which were absolutely delicious and such a nice touch. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended
