Once there, you’ll find Cortina d'Ampezzo, a sophisticated, walkable resort town with boutiques and restaurants clustered along the famous Corso Italia. Trails fan out in every direction from the valley floor, and the resort’s gondolas depart right from town's edge.
Getting to your walks and hikes:
Multiple cable cars and gondolas open up the surrounding peaks - the Faloria, Tofana, and Lagazuoi lifts alone unlock a huge swathe of the best trail networks in the Dolomites.
Local buses connect Cortina to Passo Falzarego, Passo Giau, and the wider Ampezzo valley, while the Dolomiti Bus service links up the broader region for ambitious day trips into the Tre Cime di Lavaredo area.

Yes, you can. Though these are not currently bookable via the Heidi website, you can enquire and book with the local tourist office, or visit their website. We recommend enquiring early to ensure availability.
