The smaller of the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area resorts, Kaprun is a haven for powder-hounds who will love carving up reds and blues down the scenic Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. The more adventurous will even find a few gnarly black runs and heaps of off-piste terrain to explore - with over 3000m of altitude, the powder in Kaprun can be mighty fine.
