After staying here for a week, I am definately relaxed! This has been one of best hotels we have stayed in, in terms of the staff, beautiful gardens, views and food. Everything has been prefect and Family Montagnoli and all the staff were so attentive. Only a short walk into Florence which helped to walk off the amazing food :) would love to go back and stay :)

Very good hotel that has been one of our family’s best hotel experiences.
The staff is very nice, polite, and always helpful.
We had dinner at the hotel many times, which we normally don’t do, but the food was so good and the prices were very fair.
Everything is very clean, and the outdoor areas are also well maintained.
There is a spa area that is quite nice, with two saunas and a hot tub – we didn’t use it much since the weather was perfect for staying outside.
We can highly recommend this hotel to others.

This beautiful family run hotel offers a level of welcome that is hard to beat. Nothing is too much trouble for every member of the staff from the spotless rooms to the attentive front of house and restaurant service. Our room had an amazing view of the lake from its spacious balcony . The food was delicious and there was a large variety of drinks on offer at reasonable prices. The pool area and gardens are full of colour and well maintained. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel with the proviso that it’s not for people who struggle with their mobility, as it has a very steep entrance
