An excellent hotel situated centrally to the town with easy access to the bus system and into the town. The breakfast selection included yogurt fruit cereal ham cheese bacon egg boiled  fried and scrambled fruit croissants
and various cakes. At 3.30pm a selection of cakes and teas and coffee. Dinner was 5 courses selected the evening before which was of a very high standard all staff are a credit to the hotel especially the chef and the waitresses.
I would definitely return to this hotel and cannot recommend this hotel enough.

An amazing. Place all in all from. Reception to the atitu2of the staff to the rooms to the food all. Is good and the manager is doing every thing to. Make your stay amazing. The location is great and very close to the ski school and to the ski bus. The spa is so nice. 

An amazing place for a ski vacation

Nairobi

A lovely hotel but if you come back to the hotel at 10pm there are no staff to assist! We could not retrieve our keys. We knocked on a door for "security staff" and were told to go away. No staff anywhere. The bar and restaurant were closed and the place deserted. No telephone numbers to ring for help. We finally found a member of staff in an unauthorised area who did provide assistance. For a 4 star hotel one should expect a 24 hour Reception. Such a pity as the hotel was otherwise very nice. No idea why the security man couldn't help!

No manned reception!
