1 star is too much for this place, quite frankly the most abysmal place I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. 

We arrived to find a dirty apartment with many broken fixtures and  fittings. The door handle to the balcony was broken, so we couldn’t secure the apartment. 

I liaised with the property before hand to make sure it was suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. I was assured it was. The sofa bed in the living room was completely broken and you couldn’t even sit on it let alone sleep on it without being folded in half. So 2 adults had to sleep on the floor all week. 

Multiple attempts to contact the host were made, and she completely disregarded everything I said. I managed to speak to her on the phone once and she assured me someone was on the way to the property to help with our issues, and they never arrived. 

The most horrendous holiday ever. 

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BOOK. We would have been better off staying in a broken tent on the side of the piste. It would have been far more comfortable.

No parking, no wifi at 4th floor.
Nothing to drink at breakfast t (no juice, no milk, no coffee).  Only bread, half tomato, butter, honey,  2 slides salami, 2 slides cheese! The room was good, big and heating was good.

Came here for a cheeky week for my birthday. Stayed in a studio on the third floor and was really happy. Great value for money, spacious and well equipped. The staff are accommodating and will clean your room daily if you wish. The best bit is the location, less than a minute away from the gondola. Also really good value for money.

Great location, clean and comfortable 

Just stayed at pirin place with three friends , as you can see from the pictures the shower tray has a large hole in it causing the bathroom floor to fill up with dirty water . We had no hot water the first night , only had bed sheets for the main bed , whole apartment was run down . You only get one key for the room which proved a nightmare whilst sking as there was not always someone in reception. We may have just been unlucky with this particular apartment but it was terrible would not stay here again , the only way we could shower was paying to use the kemplinski 40 lev to use the spa , not what u want after a day on the slopes . The resort has itself has terrible queues for just about everything including over an hour for the gondola, and getting a smile out of any one is impossible.

We visited Bansko for skiing, loved it! For our accomodation, we chose here to stay for a couple of nights, its cheap, clean and its just on the perfect spot. It also has kitchen in the rooms so you can cook some stuff if you like, too!
