Thank you very much for your open words and the review of your stay. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. For us it would have been helpful to talk to you during your stay but you just have left without letting us know what exactly happend. The egg meals in the morning are a special during peak season (Christmas/New Year's Eve) and on Sundays during winter season. Even if we try to prepare the egg meals as fast as possible there can be some waiting time due to other orders or works in the kitchen as everything is freshly prepared. We are sorry that this has been too long for you. Our regular offer (and this is mentioned in all our confirmations is a continental breakfast buffet. We try to offer a wide variety of food during the whole buffet time but to avoid food waste we do not fill up everything shortly before the end of breakfst. Of course you can always order something you miss on the buffet. 

Regarding dinner we think that you have not been happy with your third dinner. The evenings before you tipped our service staff and everything seemed OK. On this evening we know that our service staff had a lot of work and first forgot to order your starter but tried to serve you faster afterwards but you left after a bit more than an hour after main course. We regret if you felt treated rude we are sure that this was never intended by our waitress. What happend has happend and we only can say sorry for the fact that we have not been able to meet your expectations. We hope that you will visit the destination again and as you have already visited already several places we are sure that there will be one who can fulfill your expectations better than us. The only real advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the ski lift. The breakfasts are very modest and operate on a “first come, first served” basis. At 9:25 
- 3 slices ham left and no vegetables available at all, 20 mints waiting for scrambled eggs (with only 3 tables occupied). Unfortunately, the dinner service is also far from even a good standard. Despite being on half board, where no ordering is required - menu is known - we waited almost an hour for the soup and 1.20h for the main course, which were only served after we complained. The staff in Restaurant was unfriendly and rude, pretending not to notice guests waiting. No one asked all evening if we wanted refills of drinks or even water. We come to Flims Laax regularly and we stay at different places, but this time we unfortunately  decided to shorten our stay and do not recommend this hotel. We are highly disappointment with the service.

We have stayed in this hotel before and it is always a pleasure, friendly staff, location is great, short walk to the ski lift and good food. There is a variety of rooms, cheaper basic and renovated more up to standard. Parking in front for a small fee.

Slopes, hiking and biking trails as well as shops are only a few steps away. The Hotel Restaurant Bellevue is a classic Swiss hotel offers 3-star comfort managed from the owner family with a well-known restaurant serving traditional and local food. Bellevue's gourmet restaurant NOVA - the restaurant located in an old cellar from 1577 offers 2 menus à CHF 145.00 with 6 courses international fine dining cuisine and also a dinner deal menu with 3 courses for CHF 95.00 including amuse-bouche and coffee/tea (served only by the whole table. Large, sunny terrace serving cheese fondue only outside. The rooms offer enough space for a relaxing vacation. All superior rooms have a sunny balcony or terrace. Ski- and board or bike storage is available as well as free outdoor parking and garage parking (against fee). The sauna is next door on reservation (exlusive).
