Lovely hotel.. Room was a bit small and we requested a twin room but ended up with a double bed.. staff were very friendly and helpful.. food was very good and you get a choice of 3 mains and a sweet and a buffet starter.. the main portions were pretty big and I couldn't eat all of it. Not too far away from the Gondola and the derby Irish bar and hunters bar for some night life. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic hotel in the town of Arinsal. Ski lifts/Gondolas,5 minutes walk down hill. All the staff are extremely polite, helpful and approachable. Atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was relaxing and we felt we were well taken care of. We were half board and the quality and quantity of food was amazing. You order your main meal and dessert from your waiter when you’re taken to your table, then you help yourself to the all you can eat buffet style counter that includes a hot dish, salads, homemade soup of the day. Breakfast has a choice of hot food, cereals, juices, pastries etc. Our room slept 3, warm and cozy with central heating with an unexpected bonus of a bath. It also had an overhead shower if you didn’t want to relax after a day on the piste. It was made up every day and was left clean and tidy. No noise or loud music, just like minded guests being taken care of by fantastic staff. Great value for money. If you want to be just a room number, find somewhere else. If you want to be looked after with great food, in a clean and tidy hotel with the most friendly staff who just want you to enjoy your holiday with them, then you must stay at the Hotel Xalet Verdu.

My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to this hotel for a skiing holiday. It is a really friendly and comfortable hotel. The staff are really helpful and the food is fantastic.
