This wouldn't be legal to rent in most EU countries - and I am not sure about Italy.
+ staff was very forthcoming, although they don't speak English at all, they try to help
+ city center and supermarket is not far away; ski bus in reasonable distance
+ Internet was €10 per week for multiple devices which is more favorable than usual.
+ it was not cold there, heating and hot water were always sufficient
- the place was declared for 5, but there are only 3 chairs, one of them standing in the middle of the door; 3 beds (one of them standing in the middle of another door) with 3 blankets (two of them double); and space for 3 people at most
- kitchen is not there - there is sink, there is stove, there is fridge (inside a cupboard, but not built-in) but there is no further space, not even to slice bread
- none of the 5 doors in the room worked properly (not mentioning the chair and bed in the way) - all of them impossible to open or close for a child or an adult with only one free hand
- electricity is scary and scarce
- the wall between the bedroom and kitchen is not there - unless you count the backside of a cupboard as a wall
- mattresses are very cheap, if your spouse turns, it ejects you on the floor
- everything is very shabby, at least 40 years old, but probably 50.
