I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. My room in the older part of the hotel was comfortable and clean. Wi-fi was very good and I was able to do some work remotely with no trouble. Marcus, his family, and the entire staff were very welcoming and friendly. With half board, it was a very good value. Breakfast was a large self-service buffet with lots of good options, while dinner included 5 courses that changed each night, including appetizer, soup, salad, main course, and dessert. Dinner was always a hearty meal with tasty food. The location is a few minutes out of town, but an easy drive to Zell am See and Kitsteinhorn.

My colleague and I (school ski trip coach drivers) stayed here at very short notice as the hotel we were meant to be staying in down the road with our school party let us down.
Marcus the hotel manager was fantastic and not only being very helpful and friendly went out of his way to help us letting us stay in the top 2 bedroom family apartment.
Dinner (5 course) was really good and breakfast was the standard 'help yourself' continental.
Our accommodation was modern, clean and warm with a shower room, separate toilet, kitchen/lounge/dining area and 2 large bedrooms.
All the staff were great. I cannot praise this hotel enough.

Fantastic friendly family run hotel

nice comfy place to stay, easy to find, close to Zell am See, tasty dinner and breakfast, we stayed in older part of building so cleaner room would be appreciated, good ratio price and quality. Very nice service.

For my opinion it s a very good family hotel, I stayed for a week and dinner and breakfast was awesome. Owner and his family are good persons and always available for any kind of problems. I will come back when I will be close to the district

It takes 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop and you can choose direction Zell am zee or Kaprun. The ski bus takes approximate  10 minutes to Areitbahn (Zell am Zee).

The hotel has a new and an old building, in our case the choice was an apartment in the new building, half board included. The rooms are very nice and modern, if you are lucky you get views of the Kitzsteinhorn / Kaprun.

In the basement there is a playroom for the younger ones with the opportunity to play table tennis, etc. You will also find a relaxation area for the elderly. The relaxation area offers three different types of sauna, hot, medium and steam. There are showers and an outdoor is a pool to used in the summer.

During summer the hotel offers the use of mountain bikes (25 bikes) during the summer season, free of charge, if I understood correctly.

The restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast. In the evening you will be served a that consists of 4 dishes, the food is well prepared and tastes fantastic after a day in the slope.

Would I come here again? Absolutely, actually I took 20 of my closest friends with me this time, all participants were very satisfied.
