This property is gorgeous!  Our room was ornately decorated with antique furniture and quaint artwork and decorations everywhere. The room seriously had the look and feel of a palace bed chamber! The hostess absolutely makes this B&B experience!  She was fantastic, lovely, wonderful!  The breakfast was over-the-top enjoyable. A full European breakfast buffet with a myriad of options and wonderful service. The location is in the heart of Desenzano, a short walk from the main piazza and the pier from which one can catch a boat to Sirmione. This property was everything that can make a Bed & Breakfast wonderful!

A room and experience fit for royalty

We have just returned from a 4 nights stay in this B&B. It is a wonderful home which has been tastefully decorated in an elaborate Venetian style. 

Perfectly situated close to the centre of Desenzano and a short walk to the local beach which is well worth a visit for the day. We did and it was amazing! 

The owner is wonderful and really did all she could to ensure we had a magical stay. Breakfast was fresh, varied and mostly home made. Served in the garden if desired ... delightful! We will be back
