We booked 2 apartments here 6 months in advance on free cancellation with booking .com  The accommodation then contacted me to say that as a party of 8 we couldn’t have free cancellation and would have to pay more . I said that’s fine.
We arrived today after a long journey to be told that there was a problem with our accommodation and they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us . There was no attempt to inform us in advance and no attempt to find us any alternative accommodation.
The manager was particularly unhelpful and put the phone down on us .
AVOiD at all costs !!!!!!!

Cancelled us without notification after a long drive

Stayed here with my family for 5 days just before Christmas for skiing. The apartment is very clean and very big, plenty of room for  us (4 adults). It’s a 10 minute easy walk to the gondola so we left our boots and skis in storage near the gondola.

Our transfer was initially delayed so the girl at reception let us have a late check out with no charge and then due to the adverse weather conditions we had to arrange an alternative transfer which the reception did this for us. 

If i ever ski in Soldeu again i would stay here without considering anywhere else.

Highly recommend.
