Marianne is an incredible host, she goes above and beyond her guests needs and you notice straight away that she does her work with all her heart and a lot of love. We had such a lovely and relaxing stay in the Crocus room in August 2023, ate delicious home cooked food for all the 5 evenings we stayed. Marianne even went to the effort of cooking my daughter’s favourite meal twice: pasta with butter and Beaufort 🙂 
The location is also perfect and quite idyllic, in the centre of Aussois between the church and the village fountain! we have been telling all our friends about this lovely table d’hôte and can highly recommend it to anyone. We wish Marianne, her husband Thomas and Haribo the cat all the best.
