Location:
This hotel in Oberau (WildschÖnau, Austria) is situated on a hill, providing perfect view of Kitzbühel Alps. 
Great starting point and easy access to many activities in the area. Also, not too far from Munich airport (main A/P in the region).
Apartment:
Good value for money. Spent 4 nights in 2 room's apartment. the place is well equipped for such family stay. Unfortunately, the apartment we got was not facing the mountains. Couldn't know that when booked the room (on BOOKING.COM) so you may want to verify that upon arrival, or during booking process. Nevertheless, the price we got worth the 2 room's apartment we've stayed in.

Among the cons:
Beds are not too comfortable. Must be taken into consideration if staying for few days. One was broken (partially fixed by owner after we report it out but still was not good enough.
Wi-Fi is free but weak and unstable.
