Spent 4 days at Boutique Hotel Milka including dinner at their 2 star Michelin restaurant.  From the time we arrived to the time we checked out the service was amazing.  Our room, the "Rock Suite" was huge and with great views of the Julian Alps.
Breakfast each morning was like a buffet brought to your table.  Try the scrambled eggs with pork cracklings......AMAZING!  Great service, great location and great staff at Hotel Milka.  We will be back!

Boutique Hotel Milka

I would have paid maximum 25% of the price (and that still is much). I didn’t see anything which could justify a higher price: not the room which was dirty, not the service which was overstrained, hardly any extras.
If you want to eat in the restaurant (which is only possible on 4 days a week), there are better alternatives to stay nearby!
By the way: on the hotel’s website it is only possible to click a neutral or positive (and not a negative - don’t recommend) overall rating for the hotel. That is why I did not rate the hotel directly.

Way too expensive!!!

This is a wonderful little hotel that delivers 5 star service!  We spent 6 nights here and loved every moment.  The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  The breakfast was a delicious work of art and a wonderful way to start each day.  Right across from a lovely little lake, a 5 minute drive to town, and just down the road from all kinds of adventures, the hotel is perfectly placed.  It is a great hotel, beautiful, modern, spotless, high tech and high end, but the people who work there are what made it exceptional!

Over priced, and under performed. The hotel sits on a busy noisy main road and everything about the hotel is pretentious. Simply put: do not stay here unless you like being ripped off.
