Don't mix up these Hotels please

Nice small hotel near the center of Bansko 
Comfortable rooms very nice breakfast with nice view.
The only issues are
Veeeeery hard pillows
No tv in the bedroom only in the living room
And you are not allowed to take a cup of coffee in the room.😓
Although nice stay-I Recommend it

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate the new years eve.everything is amazing.two bedrooms room mountain view very nice garden and of course the sauna and the swimming pool that all the family we enjoyed a lot all four days.its a must to try their menu at the restaurant.all the plates
 were excellent and they have reasonable prices.if we visit bansko absolutely again there.also the staff and the owners were very helpfull and nice to all of us.

not dirty but not really clean hotel. 
we met only two people who spoke English. the rest of the stuff was able to understand but not to speak. at least they were willing to help you. 
when we asked for two more shampoo universals the receptionist told us that he thinks that shampoo is not included in the price. finally they gave us 2 more for free.

the hotel was "OK", nothing more nothing less. I don't think that we'll go there again. sure there are better and worse hotels.
