Our third group ski holiday, 8 adults and 7 kids this was by far the best holiday yet. Sam, Chloe and Oscar really looked after us well along with other Neilson staff. Hardly anything to complain about from the flight, transfer, chalet or ski school. Food was of high restaurant standard, plentiful wine and warm comfortable beds.

We had a fab week with a group of 17. Lovely accommodation, clean rooms with comfortable beds and a hot tub. The staff (Steph, Pablo and Oscar) made us feel very welcome, were very helpfull and worked extremely hard to make our stay a very enjoyable one, plus the food was amazing.

I booked the whole chalet for 18 of us and we all had an amazing experience with Neilson and this chalet. 
The chalet was immaculate from the moment we arrived and was kept clean everyday. 
The location is prefect and everything we needed from Lift / Ski Hire /Restaurants / Apres were all in walking distance. 
The staff (Steve/Joe & Holly) went above and beyond  what we have previously experienced with other ski chalet companies.
All the rooms are beautiful set out and give a great alpine feel. 
The common areas and hot tub + sauna are great way to end off a day skiing with everyone. 
I would stay there all over again and I know all my friends would too.

Just back from a week in Les Deux Alpes staying at Chalet Chartreuse. Had a fantastic week with 7 friends. The chalet was perfect for us. The location of the chalet was excellent, the bedrooms and common areas were very clean and homely and the food was excellent. Our chalet hosts Steve and Hollie did a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend a stay at Chalet Chartreuse! 

Great week is Chalet Chartreuse!

We arrived home yesterday after a really fantastic week in Les Deux Alpes at Chalet Chartreuse. It was our first experience of Neilson and we were super impressed, great service throughout the booking and transport service. The chalet is gorgeous, beautiful décor, really rustic Alpine style. 

We had a club room and although we didn't have a bath, we did have a lovely balcony with seating area. Rooms are lovely, very clean and well maintained with faux fur throws and you get robes and slippers. Hot tub is fantastic and has a brilliant roll up wall. Steve and Hollie are great chalet hosts, all food was lovely with very good quality ingredients and free flowing wine, they also keep the coffee machines topped up at all times which is appreciated!

In terms of ski area Les Deux Alpes isn't the biggest resort but there is enough to keep you busy for a week and some brilliant bars and restaurants however I would thoroughly recommend the day trip to Alpe D'Huez. We went via helicopter which was absolutely brilliant and only 60 euros each, definitely one of the best holiday trips I've ever done... All in all would definitely recommend Neilson, Chalet Chartreuse and L2A :)
