We can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had five lovely nights and would have loved to stayed longer but there wasn’t any vacant rooms left.

It is the nicest family running the place. They are really sweet, helpful but most important relaxed. The hotel is close to restaurants, bike rentals and lake but at the same time situated in a quit place of town. It takes no more than five minutes to walk to the restaurants etc., but the hotel has ordinary bikes available (at no cost).

The breakfast is (for the money) excellent. There are plenty parking space for your car. Garage for your bike. There is a huge and really cosy garden with nice pool and a olive grove.

Only downside is that the rooms are noisy (hence not five stars). They are however renovating the rooms little by little, which will hopefully rectify the problem. If possible go for the garden view.

Stayed here last week for a week and overall it's an excellent hotel. 10 minute walk down to Torbole centre, really quiet location.  Room was a little on the small side but we had everything we needed and it was really clean.  Amazing views from room balcony. Good spread for breakfast and the two women in the breakfast room are fantastic. Bikes available for free to take anytime.  Nice pool and jacuzzi at the back with a fabulous view of the mountains.  I recommend this place if you like peace and quiet. Can't fault it.

Everything was perfect...the friendly smiles from the reception desk team every time we walked past, the rooms, the shower, the views of the mountains, the location, the breakfast. The people that own and work in this family run hotel made our stay perfect. I would especially mention the two ladies that prepare breakfast :-)
