Our 2br 2bath unit on the 3rd floor was excellent.  Two couples had plenty of privacy with one br ensuite and the other accessing a large bathroom down a hall.  Pleasant living room and efficient kitchen with induction stovetop.  We did not try the hot tub jacuzzi but witnessed a family with small children having a great time.  I suspect the temperature is not what North Americans expect but that is rare in Europe except for a few hot springs.  The check in and service was top notch.  Very clean and tidy.  The secure parking lot is tight but serviceable.  We had a second car and got permission to park it on only two nights.  There is an excellent public carpark down one half block.  Friensds brought a dog and that was fine but with a charge.

Fabulous Apartment in the center of things

Stayed in top floor apartment attic suite.  We were so happy with our choice, it was immaculate, stylish, comfortable beds, very spacious and has good air conditioning. Amazing views. The staff are lovely and so kind. The location is also great as it’s only a short walk to the lake and lots of lovely restaurants.

Fabulous accommodation

I stayed at the Residence Alle Palme with a group of friends last week. 
The apartment was perfect with more then enough to space for five of us with two large bed rooms and a large bathroom and shower room. The grounds were lovely- the pool is small but does not matter as the lake is so close by we only used the pool once. 
The location is fantastic less then five minutes walk to both the lake and the main centre of Riva. With good transport links by bus/car or boat to explore more of the lake. 
However what made this stay so special where the staff who work here. A special mention to Lena who could not of done enough for us. She was always around to offer advice, waited for us to arrive so that we could leave our bags due to arriving outside of checkin hours and made us all feel so welcome. 
We will definitely be returning.

Highly Recommend 

Just back from 10 days staying here.  Apartments are terrific, great size , clean and very comfortable.   Air con is excellent too.  We set the temp on the first day and never had to adjust it .   Apartment is less than 5 mins to centre of town , the lake and the nearest supermarket.  Great to have the small pool and our kids loved it and spent many afternoons there when it got warm.  They have bikes which you can use and we did so regularly which was great too.

   The staff are so good, really helpful and went above and beyond helping us with buses/trips/taxi etc, it really made a difference to our stay.  Riva is a beautiful place with so much to see and do.  It’s our second time in Riva and this accommodation was absolutely brilliant.  I rarely post reviews but wanted to highlight how good this accommodation and the staff are.

We are currently staying at the Alle Palme and I can honestly say that it is fabulous. 
It’s very close to the lake front, old town, supermarket and shops.
Our apartment has two bedrooms, 3 balconies and it is huge. I was a little disappointed to see that we have the only apartment with balconies on the road side, but this really isn’t a problem, as the road is fairly quiet and the apartment is on level 2, so nobody can see you. In fact, it’s nice to sit out there and people watch.
It is spotlessly clean and comes with everything you need, including two types of coffee maker! It’s nice to have a full size dishwasher and enough crockery and cutlery to fill it. Useful for larger families.
The pool is lovely and there are plenty of loungers and beanbags. There is a nice covered area with table tennis and table football games.
The staff are all lovely and very helpful.
I really can’t fault it. 
We would definitely come back.
