Located a mere 5 mins away from the town and with a view of Lake Garda – what more could we ask for!. We were in the studio on the main area next to the garden and it was adorable. It’s locate under the main house area so has a cave like feel to it but we just loved it. It has authentic fireplace and other furnishings which looks like it has been an old kitchen converted but whatever they have done, it’s brilliant. It has all you need and lots of space so you don’t really notice that it’s a studio with bedroom incorporated into the room. The studio has its own garage access so easy to pop back and forth to car if needed. The outside area is next to the garden and is tucked away from main areas so it feels really private and with tempting views of the lake and mountains on other side of the lake. The owner, Massimo, is really helpful and speaks excellent English. We loved it and we will definitely return to spend more time here.

Fabulous

We stayed here last summer. We flew into Verona and was picked up by a taxi organised by the hotel owner. There are 5 apartments with 3 next to each other on a large veranda. You can site here during the day or night eating and drinking a nice wine overlooking the lake and mountains.

The apartments are spotless with everything you need. They are situated in a great position on the edge of town. A short walk and you are amongst the bars and restaurants.

We stayed a week and the cost was very reasonable.

Would I recommend here.....yes I would.

We stayed here for 5 nights as we were visiting Malcesine for a family wedding. We could not recommend this place enough. I stayed with my husband and my 8 yr old daughter from 21st May - 26th May.
Location: 
We were going to a wedding at the castle - these apartments were perfect in regards to their location. We could walk to the castle in about 10 mins comfortably, considering we were dressed up for a wedding. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk to the main road and you are pretty much in the town. Less then a 5 min walk and you are at the new habour where there are plenty of places to eat as well as plenty of opportunity to go on the boat over to Limone. 

Price:
Definite value for money. For the 5 nights for the 3 of us we paid 470 euros which in comparison to what the hotels charge in the same area is amazing, not to mention there is a shared pool at the apartments.

Accomodation:
Me and my husband loved nothing more than ending our evening sat outside the apartment on the large veranda area having a glass of wine looking at the mountains over the rooftops. 
The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed. My daughter was sleeping on the sofabed which she found extremely comfortable and we had the double bedroom which again was extremely comfortable.

Owner:
Massimo was very very helpful. When we checked in he gave us a lot of really useful information about the area as well as giving us the option to leave our luggage on the last day for a few hours longer if we wanted to explore a local market that was taking place. Dealing with Massimo was a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble. He also offered us to use the bikes which he had available which we did - he even had one suitable for my 8yr old. This was a perfect way of exploring the surrounding area as the cycle paths are really good. 

Overall all 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed staying here and if you are visiting Malcesine would unreservedly recommend.

Ideal location and the owner could not be more helpful - Would definitely recommend
