We were given a different room than promised, i feel scammed, the room also looks dirty.  We were promised a view too but we have no view.

Wrong room and more

We booked this hotel for our kids to have fun in the pool. However the pool has been broken for 4 days now. (Been broken since Friday, it's now monday).So if you are planning to book this hotel in order to use the pool, don't!
However the location are great and the staff is polite. But the point of our stay is pretty much defeated :-(
(The pool keeps a temperature of 15 degrees due to consistent cold water flow).

Great accommodation we stayed in a well equipped self catering 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment was clean with great views of Lake Garda and the alps beyond. The pool was excellent and had plenty of sun loungers. Also had a pier on the lake for guest swimming.  The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful providing transport info etc.

Ferry across to Moderna a nice day out.

Great seven days at lake Garda.
