Our family stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. The apartment is good, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining room together. It looks very new and well maintained. The reception is nice and resourceful and they have cleaning service. The location is great!! In the middle of the histoyical center, near the restaurants, cafes and the lake. You will have to walk very little to go to a beach. The supermarket is 300 mt away. There is also a bus stop very close. It is a great option!

The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the center of Riva and the apartments facing the square have a wonderful and ever-changing view of the harbor. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern in interior design. Everything needed was found. On the roof there was a nice little common roof terrace, where you could mostly be in peace with your own group.

Not all perfect, though. The elevator is slow and does not go all the way down (mandatory climbing one floor). There was no counter space or coat rack in the hall of the apartment. There is noise from the street below (closing the window helps), but it didn't bother us too much. Wifi was really slow at times.

The apartments are in a fantastic location, right next to the lake. My one bedroomed apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and had everything I could have needed. The reception staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Riva, especially for those using boats to access other towns on the lake

Great location and helpful hosts

Just home from a wonderful stay in these beautiful apartments, they are spotless clean very fresh and comfortable there is literally nothing you could fault about them. Location could not be any better with stunning views, and to top it off the most wonderful host you could ask for, Carolina is just fantastic she could not do more for you, She was so welcoming from the get go,extremely helpful and a lovely friendly lady the company are very luckyto have here working there. I am only home since Thursday and already booked to go back in September. Do not hesitate and get booking

Fantastic holiday in a wonderful apartment 

Good communication with the host. Clean, spacious, well situated apartment downtown. We liked it, good shower clean bathroom and everything was as explained and host gets an extra credit for the service.

We have different kinds of tourist apartments: standard two rooms (2 persons), standard three rooms (3/4 persons), superior and deluxe apartments of new realization, some with marvelous view on the lake. The apartments are very practical and functional, equipped with simple but complete furnishings, different in size, furniture, colour and material combination: each apartment with its own identity
