Avoid this hotel! It was my worst experience ever! This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, but a awful 3 stars with indulgence.

Room (101)
1. Our room had 2 windows, a big one, allowing anyone who enter the hotel to see what’s in our room (us included), the other one offers a awful view to downspouts of some annexes, placed near the ceiling. 
2. We had cockroaches 🪳 or some kind of bugs. 
3. Dirty, used furniture, kitsch interior design.

Food (breakfast)
1. Lame and old eggs, worst loaf, the cheapest products and ingredients. I bet non of you, who are reading this, are ever going to buy from the store that low quality ingredients. 

Services
1. Low standards for the SPA. Cold water in the swimming pool, only one sauna opened (they have 5 saunas)
2. The shuttle bus is unorganized, the receptionist was simply unskilled and didn’t tell us where is the meeting point at the gondola. Moreover, she didn’t announced the driver that we are waiting for him, so we ended up paying for a taxi.
3.The employers are impertinent and, anything we asked for had responses along the lines: no we don’t have, no we can’t, no, i don’t know, I can’t do anything, this is not my responsibility. I asked for a banana, changing rooms and a drive to the gondola at 1pm - no for everything. 

In my 4 days at the hotel, they helped me with: changing the towels twice - one from purple towels to white towels, in the first day, and one in 2nd day, only because i left them on the ground. They also prepared a cocktail which wasn’t listed in the menu, and accepted to take us to gondola 15 minutes before the normal schedule.

In my last day, when I showed the receptionist the video with the cockroach, he said maybe o brought it with from somewhere else, like from THE SLOPE! Can you imagine? The audacity!

Moreover, after 4 horrible days, I specifically asked for apologies. The guy from reception said “yes, yes, sorry”, rolling his eyes!

As a compensation they decided to erase the check from the bar - a salad, 2 beers, a cocktail and fries. 

Avoid at any cost this hotel! Not elegant, not 4 stars and unworthy at all.

My worst experience ever! Avoid it at any cost! The audacity to be rated as a 4 stars hotel is unimaginable!

Location: Although far from the elevator and the city center, it didn't bother us.

The reception is nice.

Amenities: First time in my life I stayed in a hotel that charges extra if you want clean towels or have the room cleaned. The free benefit is, "one time cleaning and clean towels every 3 days". I consider it unacceptable for a supposedly four-star hotel with 90euro per night.

The breakfast: I do not recommend it, average, better go to Billa next doors and buy some pastries or choose a nice cafe place instead of paying additional for breakfast.  There are no accompaniments for the coffee, such as croissants, pastries, etc.
It has the very basics, some ham and cheeses and a single puff pastry that was poorly made with a lot of oil.
The coffee is presented as espresso, but it is bad quality nescafe, not drinkable.

The room : was small for a four-star hotel, the bathroom has a non-delimited shower, like the grandmother's in the village where you take a bath in the middle of the bathroom.
A fridge that wasn't working.
The wardrobes had no knobs.
Pipes in the bathroom exposed.
Seriously damaged doors.
In general, the feeling of a "I want to look like a new hotel, but we did a renovation a long time ago and we don't pay for maintenance"

The spa was ok, the steam room was not working, the saunas were small but ok, and the pool was also good. The gym has 2-3 instruments, but it is in the basement without good ventilation and access from the sun, so i wouldn't say its appealing.

In general, I choose to stay specifically in four- and five-star hotels, I wouldn't say that it is what you expect from a four start hotel. 
Not a good choice in terms of services nor appearance, it gives you the feeling that has mainly young clientele that does not have many demands so they are offering, not even, bare minimum

This hotel its definitely not a 4  stars hotel.  
First point- Not enough of food! 
For example dinner was from 8pm- 10pm. 
At 8:30pm almost nothing left to eat!!!  Empty "silver" trays! They told us about bfast, lunch, dinner but if yiu really wanna eat you have to come in first few minutes to find food. After 30 minutes almost nothing on the plates!!! But no  one cares to bring some food for guests! Option all inclusive and we were hungry!!! No desserts! Rude kitchen guy had bad behaviour!!! Only Receptionist was nice. 
Room didn't look like in 4 stars hotel. Shower didn't have a separate space in Bathroom, i.e. after shower the floor was slippery and dangerous. 

I will not recomented this hotel!!!! I been in many places in the world but this place its not good at all.

Very bad experience

Basically it’s a long lobby place  made for the boss who is drinking there with his friends every single day, the rest is ridiculous SPA and old noisy rooms.
Its covid 19 in the world but thee staff is not wearing masks. After few remarks from our side we heard answers like: “i forgot it”, “sorry my mask is torn apart”
It’s cold, really cold everywhere in the hotel and for 4 days , 3 times we had no hot water at all. (Also the sink in our room had only cold water option) 
We asked for external heater and they gave us an old wall heater and because it was without legs , a tile with it so we can put the heather on the tile.
The sheets are single and super small, we asked for double sheet and received the same single small sheet.
Overall: drunk boss who is constantly smoking shisha (like every day ) , no masks, cold hotel, no hot water, old rooms, not enough parking spaces, cold “spa”.
