Our group were competing in the world sailing championships on Riva Del Garda and we stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel is in a great location, easy walk to everything, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. 
Raffaela organised parking tickets for us so that we could park our cars while there. We lost one of the tickets but thy were kind enough to organise another one for us. 
The yummy biscuits and fresh fruit in the common areas each day were a lovely surprise. 
Highly recommend staying here!

We spent 3 new years eves there. very relaxing. Its in the center of Riva del Garda, everything near by-supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafe. apartments very nice clean, owner kind polite and honest.

Casa Sembenini is great for exploring Riva del Garda and surrounding - it has central location (5min walk to city centre, 10 min walk to city beach); free parking nearby (10 min walk); offers scooters for rent; kitchenette for cooking meals yourselves; super inner yard/terrace to enjoy warm Italy evenings and mountain view. Old is reunited with new and some rooms would be lighter and have better beds, however overall a great place to stay because of reasons above and really nice hosts! 
Also WiFi connection would have been better.
