I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your interactions with us, and hope your partner is feeling better!  Our cancellation policy is made clear at the time of booking, and we always encourage guests to consider purchasing trip insurance for situations just like this. Think twice before booking at Stonebridge. Their customer service is shockingly heartless and inflexible. Just days before our stay, my partner became seriously ill. We contacted the hotel immediately and asked for one simple accommodation: to change the dates, not cancel the trip.

Stonebridge refused outright. No flexibility, no empathy, no basic human decency. Instead of showing even minimal understanding, they chose to be cold and dismissive about a legitimate health emergency. As a result, we’re now being charged $1,400 for a stay we physically could not attend due to illness.

If you’re looking for a place that treats guests like numbers and prioritizes policies over people, Stonebridge is perfect. If you expect compassion or reasonable customer service, look elsewhere. I will never book with Stonebridge again, and I strongly suggest others reconsider before risking their money with a business that lacks basic humanity.

We had a great stay. Bed was cozy, room was cute and staff was very helpful. We got complimentary rides to and from the airport and anywhere else in the village we needed to go to (grocery store, mall, etc). The bus station for Aspen is right outside the hotel which was incredibly convenient. We also loved spending time in the hot tub, amenities were great. I would stay there again!

I would stay again

Love the renovation. Great location to see Maroon Bells and hike nearby at Spiral Point to catch the sunrise. Wish the gym and steam rooms were kept open a little longer in the off season, even if the pool is closed. I understand it is the off season, but to close so early makes it impossible to use and that amenity is the reason I choose this location over others.

We do want to note that the guestrooms are scheduled for a complete remodel beginning in April, which will be the second phase (the lobby the was first one) and will address many of the concerns you mentioned. Don’t fooled by the lobby, which is very nice. Rooms are dated and tired and staff are either unhelpful or appear rather dumb.

Snowmass-ive disappointment.

To be honest, I can't express enough how enjoyable and memorable my stay at this hotel was. The front desk as well as the housekeeping staff were were super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Out of all the places I've stayed this one is at the top of the list! I definitely plan on coming back in the future!
