I can not describe what the place is for, this is a service that can not be found anywhere else. All my life I have traveled to various places but I have never come across such good people who help with everything, people who are so kind and willing to help with everything. This is definitely a place I will visit for a long time.

RATE_LOCATION

The hotel is new, clean and cozy. We have been in many hotels in Pamporovo, but this is the hotel we prefer because:
- it is on just 350 meters from the slopes  - while walking your body is preparing for skiing 
- the SPA zone is big enough and very clean  - you can find here 2 sauna,  2 Jacuzzi , Ice Bucket  and salt room
- there is a big restaurant and the food is delicious 
- the rooms are big enough  - if you book an apartment with 2 rooms you will have one bedroom with double bed and one room with double bed plus sofa - the apartment is great for families with 2 or 3 kids.

-So we were 4 in an apartment room which was one bedroom and a living room with a double bed. All bed sheets and pillows were covered in stains, hundreds of them! 
I used my t shirts are pillow cases and was given a replacement bed sheet but had several stains on them again. 

-The internet connection was very poor. You could connect to it but wouldn’t load.
 
-We had pieces of broken glass in our 
living room rug, I cut my foot and had my wife take out the small shards out with a tweezer. 

-The spa- sauna and jacuzzi all smelt of urine. What made us uncomfortable was the staff patrolling every 90 seconds and telling us how we’ve overstayed the 10 minute time limit for the jacuzzi and 10 mins for the sauna??

-On a positive note the breakfast and dinner were great! 

-Location is good with little supermarkets and the slopes not being too far. 

Sheets and pillows all stained, poor internet connection and dirty spa!

I went for a ski trip with colleagues and friends and found the rooms are spacious and warm. The hotel is a 10 minute walk uphill to the main ski lift/station or 2 minute shuttle journey. 

We booked a 'Two bedroom' room, which is actually a one bedroom apartment with a bed and a sofa in the living room area. They were only able to provide double beds. The beds were used with dips in the warn areas but not too discomforting. 

The hot water in the showers would usually last only 20 minutes, so if you are will a group of 3 or more, you will have to be quick if showering in a row. 

The hotel staff was friendly on reception and the food at the restaurant was sub-par. 

The main reason for a 3 star review was the service received at the spa & wellness centre. The two staff members there were abrupt and aggressive when using the facilities. Having to pay 5 Lev to use the spa you would expect a relaxing experience, but it was far from it. Both the male and female staff member were constantly patrolling the sauna and Jacuzzi ordering you to leave when spending more than 20 minutes in each facility. At one stage I was kicked out of the shower after using the sauna and jacuzzi as I was in there for more than 5 minutes. It was honestly one of the worst spa experiences I have had and felt on edge rather than at ease after every use. 

TLDR; Good hotel, okay food, terrible spa staff

My wife and I booked a room for 2 nights for September. We booked it 6 months in advance and it all seemed to go well. Our flight arrived in Sofia in the day of the booking and we received a phone call informing us that they could not honour our booking because they were doing renovations. They did offer to find an alternative but we decided it best to do it ourselves.  You can draw your own conclusion but if you book - will this happen to you?
