The Villa Orchidea was extremely clean and the owner was very nice. Our room was spacious with a very large balcony out the front. It would be a lovely balcony to sit on had the weather cooperated better! We were able to park on the property, but it looked like there were only 3 parking spaces. Luckily, there is a public parking lot right across the road which would be very convenient for those who couldn't park on site. The establishment isn't directly on the lake, but it is close enough to easily walk to the lake. The rooms were well sound proofed so we never heard any sounds from the hallway or other rooms. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Unfortunately, the toilet/shower was the smallest we've ever been in and desperately needs updating to enlarge and modernize.

The hotel is well located: close to the beach, windsurf stations, and to the town center. The staff/owners are very friendly. Rooms are clean, convenient bed, nice bathroom. I also like the breakfast, it was rather various.
My suggestion for improvement would be installation of aircon (we needed it a lot during 35 degree heat in July) and maybe installatinon of very small fridge

Perfect family hotel for a couple or family. Super service, superb service for a very good price. We stayed there twice and we look forward to go there again. Great starting point for bike trips around Garda (Riva del Garda is 3 of 4 km away).

We stayed in Villa Orchidea with my friends twice, this July and 2 years ago. We always felt very welcomed, the owners are so friendly. The place is located in the centre of Torbole, close to the lake, restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, but quite small, especially the bathroom is tiny, but some rooms have a good balcony. There is free wifi (not accessible in all upper rooms though) and the breakfast is excellent (with a range of hot beverages included). All very good for 2 stars hotel!
