Rented for 4 nights and immediately had a positive impression.
 Staff called before arrival to make sure they would be there on our arrival.
Sara and Mara - incredibly friendly and welcoming!
The location was just perfect! Situated between a street with shops, resturant, grociery store, and a 1 minute walk to the green areas by the beach.
The apartment was very well equipped and very clean.
Also there were some complementary food items when we arrived which was very appreciated!
There were bikes that we borrowed free of charge at the sister hotel (about 500 metres away).
This was a very nice treat since Riva is made for bicycling.
The only thing lacking in the apartment was electrical outlets in the master bedroom. Had to take out the lamp to be able to charge the phone.
Overall, Villa Phoenix is a great place to stay in beautiful Riva and we will definetely come back and stay.
The staff was great!

We had our holiday here with kids (teens). The location is very convenient to the lake and one of the beaches. During summers, there's could be activity there; beach lounge, live music, etc... This was no problem for us but it could be too much if you are looking for a very quiet night rest.
Very helpful staff and good accommodation. Good bicycles where included.

I was in Riva Del Garda with my friend last week and found the apartment worth every euro I spent. It's  clean , comfortable and with a very good WiFi  to make my stay even more enjoyable. The lake Garda is only a few meters away and the view from Lake was incredible. Ms SARA and Ms. Marina were very helpful. I recommend this to all traveller who love beauty of nature and want a quite and relaxed stay right next to the lake.

We stayed at villa phoenix at the beginning of June. The apartment was excellent and very clean. The highlight was the kitchen which was stocked very well. Even simple things like washing up liquid and a sponge was present. The location is perfect, a few steps and you reach the beach and a lovely playground for kids. This is very useful when you have little kids and have to make frequent trips back to the apartment because you have forgotten something. The hosts Mr and Mrs Morandi, Leena and Edy were very helpful and really made you feel at home. The free cycles were also good. I would surely go back again, we met a family who have been staying at villa phoenix for the last 16 years !!!

I was there in the third week June and was very satisfied with location, comfort and all that Villa Phoenix offered. The personal hospitality of Mrs. Morandi and the staff Edy and Leena was fantastic.
