Welcome to walking in Corvara

  • 400km+ marked UNESCO Dolomites trails
  • Where world-class hiking meets world-class dining
  • Waterfalls, wildflowers, and scenery that stops you mid-stride
After the biggest and best the UNESCO Dolomites have to offer? Look no further than Italy's Corvara. A welcoming, upmarket village at the foot of Sassongher peak, Corvara is Alta Badia’s star resort - and with jaw-dropping Dolomite panoramas on every side, it’s easy to see why.
Take the Boè village gondola to hike the classic Sella Group summit walk to Piz Boè at 3,152m. Or, swap hiking poles for a camera at Pralongià Plateau's wildflower meadows - one of the Alps’ most snapped sights.
Feeling adventurous? The Sellaronda circuit connects Corvara with Val Gardena, Val di Fassa, and Alta Badia across a web of stunning hiking routes. Or really push yourself and grab a guide to tackle Piz da Lech via ferrata — with chimneys, crevices, steep passages, and vertical ladders aplenty.
