Helpful staff. Really nice room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Also nice bathroom with big shower and good hot water. Fridge in room. Kettle in room to make tea and coffee. No english channels on TV. Wifi fine. What a great breakfast, hot items plus excellent selection of continental items. The hotel has a spa that includes a good-sized jacuzzi, a very hot sauna and a rain shower. You have to reserve a 40 minute time slot. Very relaxing after a day on the slopes! Hotel has parking garage ($) but we parked for free in the above-ground lot across from the tourist office. Hotel has shuttle to Sportina lift in the mornings - you have to walk back at the end of the day. Hotel is right outside ZTL zone, can walk to lots of restaurants (recommend making reservations). Small Carrefour right across the road - the one by the tourist office is bigger and has better selection. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay

Great location but our room needed love. Even though it was high season you can’t charge a lot for a room with the following cosmetic issues. Look at pics.

We had a lovely stay at Du Parc Hotel. A special mention to Marina, who was absolutely amazing throughout, her communication was excellent and she was consistently helpful and attentive. Marina showed real professionalism and leadership and clearly has the potential to be a manager. She genuinely made a difference to our experience.
