FAQs about Black Friday
When is the Heidi Black Friday event?
Black Friday is our biggest ski sale of the year. Starting in November, it runs through Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Travel Tuesday.
What ski holidays are included in the Heidi Black Friday event?
All ski holidays for the 2025/2026 season (including flights, accommodation, transfers and any extras) will be included and reduced by up to €100 per person. This discount can be used alongside any additional discounts from airlines, accommodation, and transfer providers that may also have sales during the Black Friday period.
How can I find the best Black Friday ski holiday deals?
Start your research early to know which resorts or areas meet your requirements. We recommend being flexible on dates and using our flexible date search to broaden your availability. That way, our clever tech can help find you the cheapest deals.

Are there any hidden fees? What is your cancellation policy?
There are no hidden fees. As standard, a Heidi holiday base package includes flights, transfers, and accommodation. If you contact us directly, we can work out a more flexible package for you.
With a flexible package, you can choose a holiday with no flights or no transfers—just accommodation and extras. These extras include hold luggage, ski passes, ski equipment hire, and ski lessons in selected resorts. Having these as extras gives our customers the freedom to choose the holiday that is best for them.
If you decide to cancel your trip after you have paid, although we’ll be sad to see you go, our cancellation policies can be found here.
Do your Black Friday deals still come under your Price Match Guarantee?
Absolutely! Our Price Match Guarantee applies to all our Black Friday deals, so you never miss out on getting the best price. If you spot the same package for less elsewhere, just tell us - we’ll match the price AND you’ll still enjoy Heidi’s unbeatable service, expert support, and total peace of mind. Shop confidently, knowing you’re always getting the best deal with us.
