Terms and conditions

1) Competition and Organisers
The promoter of the "Andorra Getaway 2024" competition (hereinafter referred to as “Competition”) is Heidi Holidays., with its competition running exclusively in January and February 2024. Participation in this Competition is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2) Participation
  1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and able to fly from a UK airport on the advised dates.
    1. UK airport will be chosen at Heidi Holidays discretion but considerations will be made based on the winner's location. 
    2. Heidi Holidays will choose from one of: Airports in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh
    3. Transfers to and from Barcelona airport are included - but competition winner must get themselves to and from their chosen UK airport 
  2. The Competition is open for entry from 29/01/24 to 11:59pm on 05/02/24. There will be one winner selected from all entries received. Entry to the Competition is free. Randomly selected winner will be announced on 7th February.
  1. Excluded from participation are employees, and their family members and its affiliate companies.
  2. To enter the Competition, participants must:
  1. Follow @heidi.holidays on Instagram if entering on Instagram or @heidi.holidays if entering on TikTok
  2. Like the social post and tag other individuals in the social post comments section. 
  3. An additional entry can be accepted if the social post is shared to the entrant's Instagram story 
  4. Have a public Instagram and TikTok account 
  1. Entry is only valid if the participant meets the conditions of 2.3. Heidi Holidays cannot be held responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
3) Prize Draw and Notification
  1. The prize is a trip to Soldeu, Andorra, with the value and scope to be determined by Heidi Holidays. The winner will be chosen randomly.
  2. The winner will be contacted via DM to the account used to enter. The winner must confirm their acceptance and provide necessary details within three days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4) Additional Terms
  1. Any optional purchases or supplements are extra and are subject to the standard Heidi Holidays terms and conditions and any applicable charges must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.
  2. Heidi Holidays reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at their absolute discretion.
  3. Heidi Holidays retains the right to repurpose all social media content generated on the prize for use on all Heidi Holidays social media channels and websites.
  4. Heidi Holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage.
  5. The prize duration cannot be extended unless agreed by Heidi Holidays, and the hotel and/or room type will not be changed by the winner. Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for additional flights and rooms. The travel dates are from 2nd March 2024 to 9th March 2024.
  6. The right to the prizes cannot be assigned or transferred. If the prize cannot be made available, for whatever reason, Heidi Holiday reserves the right to award an equivalent substitute prize.
  7. Heidi Holidays are relieved of any responsibility should errors occur in the transmission of the winning data.
  1. The prize may be considered a taxable benefit to the winner. The winner will be solely and directly responsible for accounting for and paying to any relevant tax authority, any tax liability arising on their prize.
5) Right to Cancel
  1. Heidi Holidays reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
6) Exclusion from participation
  1. Heidi Holidays reserves the right to exclude entrants from the Competition if they violate any of the terms and conditions.
  2. Moreover, Heidi Holidays reserves the right to exclude from the Competition entrants who use prohibited tools or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation (in particular, collective or repeated entries if such are not expressly allowed by Heidi Holidays). This is the case when, for example, automatic scripts, hacking tools, trojans or viruses are used or when an entrant gains an advantage through other prohibited means. Also providing false personal details and using fake profiles may result in the exclusion from the Competition. As the case may be, prizes may be denied ex post and/or be claimed back.
7) Non-Affiliation Clause
  1. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Inc. or any other party.
8) General
  1. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and renounce any claim against Heidi Holidays regarding the administration of the prize.

9) Processing of data
  1. Details of how Heidi Holidays processes data and users' rights in this respect can be found in the Heidi Holiday data protection policy on the Heidi Holiday website.
10) The Prize
  1. The holiday is a 7 night stay for 2 adults at the HOTEL HIMÀLAIA SOLDEU
  2. The dates for this holiday are 2nd March 2024 - 9th March 2024
  3. The prize will also include flights, transfer, ski pass and ski/snowboard hire organised and booked at Heidi Holidays discretion
  4. The value of said prize is calculated by Heidi Holidays based on the retail price of booking this holiday package through Heidi Holidays
