Ambra Cortina Luxury&Fashion Hotel

Cortina d'Ampezzo

We visited Dolomites in September 2025 and we stayed in Ambra Cortina Hotel.  It is a small luxury hotel in a convention location of Cortina d'Ampezzo.  It is very cozy and unique experience for us.  Their breakfast is out of this world.  With their breakfast, we did have a good start for each day we stayed there.  Staff are very friendly and helpful.  The location is just right for us to visit all the must see attractions in Dolomites.

The hotel options in Cortina are limited, and from the research we did, the Ambra Cortina Hotel is the one that appealed most to us. In such a small town, they do have parking, and the location was very convenient as you are a one-minute walk from the town center. 
The staff were welcoming, and proved very helpful during our entire stay assisting us with making reservations and providing suggestions whenever we had questions about the area. The lobby is quirky as there isn't much room at the front desk and there is a fun bar and lounge area, but we never felt very comfortable sitting there. 
The property itself is beautiful and provides all the charm of a mountain chalet. But that is also the only complaint we had with the place... it is tiny. We loved our room. The woodwork was amazing and everything in it was beautiful. But there wasn't even room to open one suitcase. 
The breakfast was wonderful each morning offering a variety of foods for every taste. We enjoyed our stay here very much, and would stay here again if we returned to Cortina.
