attentive and friendly staff, beautiful interior and perfect location at the main lifts.  Only weakness was the breakfast buffet execution.  Breakfast order mistakes, dirty dinnerware, broken egg boiler and cold hotplates that were not noticed by staff over multiple days suggests work process problems that were largely overcome by friendly staff.

Hotel comfortable--5stars. Staff friendly, helpful and mostly effient. Childrens' menu was poor, not wide enough choice and no menu change from lunch to  dinner,so neccessary to eat out at lunch time, which was disappointing as the hotel terrace for lunch was the best in town.
Breakfast was a buffet and hot food was nearly always cold--warm at best. Apparently the kitchen is unable to serve the children warm crepes for breakfast! The worst point --and seriously bad --was the kitchen's inability to proved the food as ordered.Childrens hamburgers, ordered well done and without oinions/garnish  was disregarded in the kitchen on multiple occassions. 
A 5 star family hotel let down by the kitchen and also not really ski in ski out
