Very frendly and service oriented staff but the apartment was totally overpriced for its value. Not clean dishes, not enough cooking utilies and no dining table for family. To charge EUR 1270 for three nights was a robbery. I would not go here again for this price. In the end it would be my own mistake to book it remotely based on nice pictures.

No value for the money

Great week skiing with friends. 
Chalet is everything you need it to be. 
Exceptionally clean, modern decor, really comfy beds with a huge tv in the room. 
Bathrooms appear to be brand new and the shower is lovely and hot, perfect after a hard day on the slopes. 
We opted for the 4 bed apartment as it had 2 bathrooms and great views from some of the bedrooms. We did get to look in some of the other rooms which have kitchenettes which are ideal as I am planning another trip with the kids. 
Kaprun itself is pretty with a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and a supermarket. The chalet is ideally located to access all facilities. 

Great Week Skiing!

Stayed here with five friends. It was perfect for what we wanted. Room only, but a range of rooms, some of which include kitchenettes. Very clean, modern rooms, with very comfy beds and private wet room bathrooms. I plan to come back with the family as we can, if available, book a few rooms and split off from the rest of the building. Location is great with parking spaces, heated boot room and a short walk to the centre of Kapron. Very happy. Definitely will be back.

Away with friends and great place for families.

Stayed for a week at this lovely chalet with friends.
The rooms are huge and all the bathrooms are very modern while it is still in keeping with a Really beautiful historic building.
The chalet itself is centrally located with a small walk to restaurants and bars.
I also liked the fact the owners are knowledgeable about the local area with restaurants and local skiing.
Free parking is a bonus and the boot room has plenty of room for all our ski gear.
Highly recommended for families and groups of friends.
I am going to look to see if they have rooms available for my family in the February half term.
Highly recommend this place
