I want to go back ! The best hotel for us , very friendly , easy with a toddler, the best breakfast  ever !!! Nice atmosphere, very relaxing and the spa was amazing! We had so much fun that we extend our stay for one more night !

The receptionist 'Lucille' I think, was brilliant. She had a good conversation with me, asked me about my stay and where I had come from and really seemed interested. She then explained about the hotel, its facilities, what was nearby and then showed me where everything was.... quite simply one of the best Hotel welcomes that I have ever had.. so well done Lucille.
She was great.
The hotel, in my sons words is 'funky'. But in a good way. It is perfectly placed between Les Houches & Chamonix, which we have been to many times so know all of the pros and cons.
The pool is very nice and warm... there is a pool table and arcade games.. also a lovely bar & restaurant.
The room that we had was very nice although the wi-fi was a bit hit & miss.
Beds... well I will come onto them in the what I didnt like section. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Disliked · Beds.... We booked a Twin Room for two adults as it was for myself and my son. Neither of us are very big... but the beds were so small and uncomfortable. Any taller than six feet and you will struggle to get a good nights sleep in one of them.
Certainly would not stay in one of these rooms again.
