We stayed at Black Diamond Sainte Foy in mid January and honestly could not have asked for a better alpine experience. The Chalet Apartment Faisan was immaculate, beautifully designed, and felt both luxurious and genuinely cosy after long days on the mountain.

The apartment was incredibly well equipped, warm, and spacious, with stunning views and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt high end without being pretentious, exactly what you want from a ski chalet. The beds were extremely comfortable, the living space was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the attention to detail really stood out.

The location is ideal, peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to lifts, restaurants, and everything Sainte Foy has to offer. The Black Diamond team were fantastic from start to finish, friendly, responsive, and clearly passionate about making your stay special.

Sainte Foy itself is a gem, uncrowded slopes, beautiful scenery, and a relaxed atmosphere, and staying here elevated the whole trip. We would return without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone looking for a premium ski stay with a warm, welcoming feel.

We stayed for Christmas last week, it was fantastic.  A lovely apartment, well appointed, with slopes outside the balcony!  The spa facilities were amazing, a real treat. The kids loved their holiday, Sainte Foy is a great ski resort, we hope to return!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Chalet Chene in July. Stunning views and beautifully furnished in a block with a responsive concierge service. What a surprise to find St Foy in the summer as delightful as a winter ski season. Friendly small resort with fantastic walks, amenities, a great microbrewery and coffee shop amongst other things. Enjoyed exploring the valley and local area. Would definitely recommend!

We don't have a specific arrival day at Black Diamond so you can choose to arrive on any day other than Saturday (idea during peak weeks). 5 night stay with family.
Nothing was too much trouble before we arrived with questions via email
Danny, Manager, and all the staff were brilliant with our requests.  the Food was in the restaurant was very good quality and excellent. 

WhatsApp concierge worked well when staff weren't to hand.
