Very bad experience. The hotel rooms were okay, there was a lot of space, however the bed was very old, uncomfortable and squeaky. The only good thing is that they have a parking space. Even the location is not good(even though they advertise it as such) as if you want to go to the resort, you need to walk uphill for 20-30 minutes. When there is snow and ice, thats basically impossible. 
We stayed there for 3 nights and had paid for a NYE dinner. However, the night before NY some people of our group had food poisoning from the hotel restaurant and we decided that we dont want to eat there anymore. When we talked to the staff, they promised that they will return the money for the dinners on new years, however when we were checking out they told us that they didn’t promise us anything! We were told they will contact us with more information after they talk to the owners, however this did not happen, they didn’t even respond to my email. I find this very disappointing as they are basically lying to their customers. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Bad experience - dont bother spending your money

I think for the money it was a brilliant hotel. It is a bit basic but that's all two start hotels. The real positives were the food which was excellent in terms of choice and quality - the fresh omelette and pancakes were great. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very big - we had a two bedroom apartment. The shower was hot and powerful. There is a bit of a walk to town but we quite enjoyed this on our no skiing days and when skiing the shuttle boy was quick and efficient. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Great basic hotel with excellent food

Overall the hotel was ok.

The positives:
- Breakfast / the food was good
- The room was spacious with two bathrooms, and beds big.
- Location was good, 10 mins walk and the hotel has a shuttle service

The negatives:
- No hot water for the first two days
- The cleaning service was almost non-existent

We didn't try the sauna and hot tub after reading the reviews before we went.

Three star stay

Honestly, this place is OK.   It could be better in several ways and all of them show a little bit of a lack of common sense/attention to detail. 
The bad:
1. The curtain wasn't wide enough in the main bedroom so we had to use the bedspread to create a suitable-sized curtain to block the light in the mornings. 
2. The rooms are a great size but we had to ask for chairs as only 1 was supplied for the table we had.  
3. There is no mini fridge in the room - nothing major but it would have been nice.
4. The food was OK but VERY salty.  Genuinely some nice food was supplied, better than we thought, at least, but it was very heavily seasoned. 
5. The spa floor is plastic astroturf which traps the water and makes the room stink of very smelly feet. 
6. The shuttle bus is too small.  The driver is lovely but the bus fits 8 people at a time making the morning "commute" with your Skis a bit of a pain.  
7. Bring hangars with you.  There are not enough provided and there is not enough in the way of places to hang/air your clothes. 
The good:
1. It's close to the town, a quick walk around the back of the hotel.
2. The management did everything they could to help us when my wife was unwell.
3. The rooms are massive with plenty of space.

It's OK.
