Our stay at the Glacier Boutique Hotel in Grindelwald was truly unforgettable. We stayed in the Signature Room, which was spacious, modern, and perfectly clean. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi on the terrace — enjoying the warm water with such an incredible mountain view was an experience we’ll never forget.

The hotel has two restaurants, and both exceeded our expectations. One is a fine dining restaurant with exceptional dishes, beautiful presentations, and top-quality service. The other offers a more relaxed atmosphere with a stunning view that makes every meal special.

The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Grindelwald — a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking scenery.

If Grindelwald is a once-in-a-lifetime trip for you (it was for us), I highly recommend staying in this hotel.  Even with a few hiccups,  I still think this is one of the best places to stay in Grindelwald for those looking for the best view and unique experience.  I enjoyed how beautiful, quiet and yet convenient the hotel was. Book early because the location is amazing, with uninterrupted views of the Eiger mountainside from your personal hot tub (this was not clean when we arrived but the staff quickly responded, drained it, cleaned it and refilled it immediately which I was impressed by).   We accessed the location by the buses at Grindelwald Station, which was incredibly easy, reliable and free.   We were able to quickly go to Grindewald First from this location and explore downtown.  Staff were friendly and helpful.  The breakfast cannot be beat, although lunch and dinner at the restaurant were good but nothing special.   An unexpected but greatly appreciated convenience was that this hotel had laundry machines (with detergent) available for free to use by guests--after all the outdoor activities and hiking, it was nice to have clean clothes to put back in my luggage.

My husband I loved this hotel! We were able to walk there from the train station. I loved the ambiance and decor in the hotel, it was very cozy. The restaurant was a highlight, we had dinner there twice and the food was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We used their shuttle service a number of times as well which made getting around Grindelwald very convenient

Had an absolute exceptional visit at my favourite place to stay while in Switzerland, specifically Grindelwald! Of course the rooms, location, restaurant, and amenities are amazing, however to me the best part is the staff. From the moment I arrived to when I left, each team member treated both myself and my girlfriend with kindness. By the second day it was as if we were all just friends. They knew a great amount of information on the surrounding areas and even gave us great recommendations.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and felt so comfortable and cared for.  
We had 3 hotel rooms and have zero negative to say.
We picked this hotel for location and it is so easy to walk to trains and to the Main Street of town.  The hotel has a taxi service if you need it.   
Our room offered view of mountains - it was so special.  Laundry of 2 washers and 2 dryers was such a help to us.  Everyone who works here is pleasant.  It will be easy to come back here!
