We regret the inconvenience your husband experienced accessing the building. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we will review how access information is communicated to our guests to ensure it is clearer.

Regarding the water temperature, this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We will investigate this matter with our maintenance team to prevent any recurrence.

Concerning reception availability, our desk operates with specific opening hours, and assistance remains reachable outside these times.

As for the pool temperature, we understand that preferences can vary, and we are sorry if it did not feel comfortable for you.

We are pleased that you appreciated our proximity to the ski lift, which is indeed one of the advantages of our location.

This is certainly not 4 star accommodation, the whole building & facilities are really tired & in need of a good clean. 
You need GPS to find your way around the building, my husband was locked out at 7pm for 30 mins trying to figure out how to get back in!! 
The water didn’t run cold the entire time we were there, so no glass of water from the tap unless you like it luke warm. 
The reception desk is hardly ever manned. So don’t expect to see someone there if you have any queries or issues. 
The pool- more like wild swimming! BRRRR!!
The location is the only thing in its favour as it’s very close to the lift.

Great location, everything else not good!
